"BEST way to end the week! I have several injuries but this class has accommodations for that and has helped in my recovery. Love that Kathryn introduces an intention in each class and I have been able to use some of the poses outside of class , like when I have trouble sleeping "

"Yoga Nidra with Kathryn has been an amazing experience. Her calming and nurturing presence creates a space where we can fully relax and reconnect with ourselves. Each session brings a sense of deep rest, mental clarity, and inner balance that stays with us long after the class is over. Kathryn’s soothing voice and compassionate approach make the practice feel effortless and truly restorative. We always leave feeling renewed, centered, and ready to take on whatever comes next. We highly recommend Yoga Nidra with Kathryn for anyone seeking peace and rejuvenation"

"Kathryn is an amazing teacher, leader and person. Her instruction is finely nuanced in timing, pace and rhythm. She seems to intuitively know what each of her clients needs at any particular time. She allows for all to feel welcome, comfortable and accepted with her guidance and knowledge of yoga. Time spent in any of Kathryn's yoga classes is time well spent for mind, body and soul!"
